	Lance Weersma owner of Care Free Coaches has been driving professionally for 33 years. Starting in 1974 as a licenced limousine and coach driver. In his long history of driving Lance has been an instructor for the U.S. Army for 23 years teaching others how to handle big rigs and busses. 	Don McCullough( Mac) has been a motorcoach driver for the past 40 years. He is also connected with and drives for Whirlwind Tours when not driving for us. 	Kathy McCullough has been in the motorcoach business for 25 years as operations manager, dispatcher, office manager and also tour manager for escorted tours.
